Requirements
Desired Grade: Sr. Consultant
Years of relevant experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
Technical skills
Mandatory
· Hands-on experience on Workday HCM configuration which includes a deep understanding of the creation of organization types, job profiles, compensation, employee self service etc.
· Good understanding of Workday security model and business process
· In-depth hands-on experience in EIB integration, calculated fields and advanced reports.
· Ability to analyse Workday release updates to understand and communicate the impact of feature changes to the existing configuration.
· Resolve Workday issues through active trouble-shooting and diagnostic research
· Act as Workday SME and be available to provide support to stakeholders
Optional
· Experience on other integration tools like co-connector/ PICOF
· Understanding of the working of Workday Studio.
· Experience on Zendesk
· Experience on BIRT
· Experience in other Workday modules like absence, time tracking, performance etc.
Non negotiable responsibilities:
Experience in the Workday Core HCM module is a must.
