Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Design & Innovation
· Develop visually stunning and interactive website designs for client projects(80%) and internal initiatives(20%).
· Take a hands-on approach to concept creation, initial designs, and revisions.
· Maintain design excellence and UX standards, pushing for innovation within the team.
Collaboration & Communication
· Work closely with junior, mid-level, senior, and freelance designers to ensure seamless execution of projects.
· Attend client meetings to understand their objectives, budget, and design preferences.
· Partner with project managers to present designs and address client inquiries.
Research & Development
· Stay updated with the latest web design trends, tools, and technologies to enhance creativity and workflow
· Explore new design methodologies, UX strategies, and agile design workflow to elevate PRONIX Tech’s digital presence.
· Educate and mentor fellow designers, sharing knowledge on new design techniques and tools.
Process & Productivity
· Contribute to agile design processes by adopting modern design tools like Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
· Help the sales team by providing insights into design trends that could attract potential clients.
· Accurately track work hours using the company's time-tracking software.
What We’re Looking For:
· Proven experience in website and interactive design with a strong digital portfolio.
· Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), or similar software.
· Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, typography, color theory, and responsive design.
· Ability to translate client requirements into compelling visual designs.
· Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web development is a plus.
· A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills and an eye for detail.
· Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively across departments.
