About the Role:
Our client is seeking a seasoned and visionary Vice President – Human Resources to join their leadership team in Ahmedabad. This is a strategic role that demands deep expertise in human capital management, organizational development, and leadership alignment with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the HR function across all verticals, aligning HR strategy with overall business objectives.
Drive core HR areas including talent acquisition, performance management, leadership development, employee engagement, and organizational design.
Partner closely with senior leadership to foster a high-performance, inclusive culture.
Implement people analytics to support strategic decision-making.
Ensure legal and regulatory compliance in all HR practices.
Champion change management and lead organizational transformation initiatives.
Build and mentor a high-performing HR team to deliver business-aligned outcomes.
Key Requirements:
17–18 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with a proven track record in strategic HR leadership roles.
Strong experience in designing and executing HR frameworks in dynamic, growth-oriented organizations.
PHR and SPHR certifications are mandatory.
Graduate/Postgraduate degree from a top-tier Indian institute (e.g., IIM, XLRI, TISS, ISB, etc.).
