About the Role:

Our client is seeking a seasoned and visionary Vice President – Human Resources to join their leadership team in Ahmedabad. This is a strategic role that demands deep expertise in human capital management, organizational development, and leadership alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the HR function across all verticals, aligning HR strategy with overall business objectives.

  • Drive core HR areas including talent acquisition, performance management, leadership development, employee engagement, and organizational design.

  • Partner closely with senior leadership to foster a high-performance, inclusive culture.

  • Implement people analytics to support strategic decision-making.

  • Ensure legal and regulatory compliance in all HR practices.

  • Champion change management and lead organizational transformation initiatives.

  • Build and mentor a high-performing HR team to deliver business-aligned outcomes.

Key Requirements:

  • 17–18 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with a proven track record in strategic HR leadership roles.

  • Strong experience in designing and executing HR frameworks in dynamic, growth-oriented organizations.

  • PHR and SPHR certifications are mandatory.

  • Graduate/Postgraduate degree from a top-tier Indian institute (e.g., IIM, XLRI, TISS, ISB, etc.).
