Qualification :

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

- Proven experience in franchise / Retail development, business development, or a related field (typically 2+ years).

- Strong negotiation, sales, and communication skills.

- In-depth knowledge of franchise operations, marketing, and legal requirements.

- Ability to travel as needed to meet with potential and existing franchisees.

- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
